30&40 - Fine Bocage 50cl

A blend of three Calvados’ aged two to three years from three different producers, located on three distinct terroirs.

The name was chosen to pay homage to the Norman bocage, a traditional and extensive agricultural model that guarantees biodiversity and promotes sustainability. This ecosystem is what gives Calvados its quality, and which, conversely, Calvados preserves, since the Calvados AOC requires all producers to source at least 35% of their apples from orchards of so-called "high-stem" apple trees, the quintessential tree of the bocage.

Volume: 500 ml / ABV: 40.0%
