30&40 - Extra Old 50cl

A blend made of Calvados aged between 10 and 27 years in French oak barrels, sourced from the cellars of three different houses. Three terroirs and two distillation methods are represented through eau de vie from the Pays d'Auge and Eure regions, produced using double distillation, and eau de vie from the Manche region, distilled in a column still.
