30&40's flagship product, Double Juice is a 23% apple aperitif made in Normandy exclusively with natural ingredients. Made using a traditional agricultural method, Double Jus is obtained by blending two "juices": Calvados and freshly pressed cider apple must. The Calvados, which provides strength and bitterness, stops the fermentation of the cider apple juice, thus preserving its residual sugars.
The blend is then aged for 14 months in white oak barrels.
Made without added sugar, coloring, or flavoring.
Double Juice is best enjoyed over ice with a pickle.
