Ratafia is a traditional drink, once known as the harvesters' companion. Sab’s Ratafia is the result of combining fresh Aligoté de Meursault grape juice with a fine spirit distilled in Pommard in their own still. A classic revisited, subtly enhanced by a brandy of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, in tribute to the traditions of the steamer.
