DISTILLERIE DU PONANT - Pain Ale 50CL

Pain Ale is an eau-de-vie of beer, distilled and then infused with rye bread and hops.

Built from a base of brewed grains, the spirit is layered through maceration, bringing warm, toasted notes from the bread alongside the subtle bitterness and aromatics of hops. The result is savoury, textured, and unexpectedly refined, somewhere between a grain spirit and a reimagined bière distillée.
