BOWS - HEOC Rhum high ester

BOWS H.E.O.C 2018 is a French high-ester rum distilled in Montauban from organic Thai molasses. Inspired by Jamaican dunder-style fermentations, it develops intensely aromatic notes with layers of tropical fruit, overripe banana, solvent, and spice.

Rested for five months in stainless steel and bottled at 57%, it carries an ester level comparable to Jamaica’s HLCF-style rums. A limited release of 900 hand-decorated bottles, each one unique.
