The corner stone of the Bows experimental series, Fiba is a prickly pear eau de vie that build's a vegetal & mineral flavour profile comparable to, but distinct from, agave spirits. Benoit smokes the prickly pear hearts with local olive tree branches to layer complexity into the spirit while reframing from over powering the profile into a characterure of agave spirits.
