BACCAE

BACCAE, from the Latin "the berries", is an urban distillery run by a small team, established in 2018 in the heart of Paris, a stone's throw from Bastille and the Arsenal port. Their permanent AB certified range consists of about fifteen references of gin, absinthe, bitters, vermouth, liqueurs and fruit brandies. BACCAE produces the range of products via rotary evaporator and a custom-built copper still shaped by hand with a hammer in the Müller workshop. Strongly committed to the environmental values that their spirits represent, BACCAE work exclusively with high-quality botanicals from organic farming, sourced from France and Europe with their long-term goals focused on producing their own dry materials, while favouring short supply chains.
